1. Returns
- You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period, first check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in processing before the refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
4. Exchanges
- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email and we will assist you in returning the product.
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the returned item unless the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
